We have added new guidelines to our Pick-up Program!
For many of our clients who plan series of events, cost and time constraints are big issues. So, in an attempt to 1) be mindful of budgets and 2) limit time constraints for ordering food and beverage we are amending our pick-up program guidelines.
What are the new guidelines?
From now on any “cold food” event from 2 – 25 people will utilize the pick-up program.
What kind of food can I pick-up?
This is just for cold food like continental breakfasts, boxed lunches, coffee, cold beverages and snacks. No hot food or any event that requires china will be able to utilize the Pick-up Program.
How does it work?
It will work exactly the way that the original Pick-up Program has but allowing the client to place an order within 24 hours of your event and cancel within that time period as well. You will be able to order right off the Pick-up Program menu.
How do you pay for it?
In the Payment Section once you login to your account.
Who picks up the order?
You do!! All you need to do is select your preferred location, either Wachtell, Rosen, Lipton & Katz Student Cafe or Golding Lounge and pick-up your order from there. We will have carts available to assist with transport of food and beverage.
When can I pick-up my order?
Pick-up orders will be available during the times that the cafes are open. Please see below for availability:
Wachtell, Rosen, Lipton & Katz Student Cafe
Monday thru Friday: 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Monday thru Thursday: 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
What will be provided with my order?
With all orders you will receive a plasticware kits that include plastic utensils, paper plates, paper napkins and cups. Cloth tablecloths will be available on request for $7.00 each and paper tablecloths for $2.25 each.
What if I have last minute changes to my order?
Please call Scott Tremble or Haira Din at (212) 998-6045 to request any changes. They will inform you if your changes are feasible.
